Upon arrival, I encountered access issues due to a lack of information about check-in protocols, which was unsettling. The reception staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, contributing to a poor first impression. Although parking was available, it was quite limited and hard to locate, creating unnecessary stress on check-in.
